I relocated to the beautiful Olympic Peninsula with my husband, to be closer to his elder father who lived in Port Townsend for 37 years. Truly, I love this amazing part of Washington. I was raised on the California coast by parents who were both highly successful realtors. My very fun genealogy discovery a few years ago was finding out that five generations of grandfathers on my dad’s side, were real estate brokers at one time - so real estate is in my bones! Even as a child, I was fielding calls in my parent’s busy real estate office, and spending weekends at open houses in a variety of awe-inspiring homes. Also, I have been an avid investor in real estate since 1993.

I work with buyer clients of residential properties, as well as income/investment properties, helping clients to identify and acquire properties that will meet their financial and personal goals. With sellers, I collaboratively work with my clients to maximize their property’s value and attractiveness and minimize “time on the market”.  All my clients are supported with care and attention, and will receive expert guidance, resources, and advice. I’m also a certified “NAR Green Realtor”, so I can provide information to clients for more sustainable and eco-friendly decisions.

After college, I spent several years working in higher education and in non-profit organizations, with responsibilities for financial, legal, counseling, and advisory activities, while earning a master’s degree in human development and a certificate in coaching, before returning to my real estate “roots”. My extensive education, training and communication skills are an invaluable asset to the negotiation process, and support my clients in having an enjoyable, efficient, and transparent real estate transaction.
